Bryan and Lili return for the final quarter season five stretch run by hailing the shuttlecraft Murietta with Harper Dhadde for a Tractor Beam Me. Harper asks Lili to tractor beam the Star Trek: Voyager episode that previous favorite guest Manu Intiraymi called his most favorite episode as a clue regarding usage of a laser scalpel, specialized medical device. Leading into an exclusive interview with young actress Sage Arrindell, Lili states Sage is stunning in that she has a pureness and loneliness all together in layers of her portrayal of her character Rukiya M'Benga in Star Trek: Stange New Worlds. Sage played Rukiya in three first season episodes of the hit Paramount Plus series. Sage talk about the support she has from her mother, acting at a very young age, and flying to Winnipeg in Canada for a role working alongside and having dinner with Star Trek actor Tony Todd, who was like another grandpa for Sage also giving her acting tips and ways to say her dialogue lines. Sage discusses her research and finding voices for the Mary Anning and Maya Angelou roles she had in "Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum". Sage says the first, second and third time she was in separate episodes for Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, the cast was like family knowing them so well as they bonded. Specifically, Sage points out between each scene with Babs Olusanmokun, they would run their lines and he was her dad in the actual show, so it was a special connection. Sage specifically talk about "The Elysian Kingdom", her 3rd episode appearance on Star Trek: Strange New Worlds as Bryan asks her if she can rewrite the ending to be whatever she wants or keep it the same. Sage's response is very well received in addition to being a great role model character for kids dealing with terminal or long term illness like her character Rukiya. Sage talks about acting beyond childhood and how she and her family prepare to watch, if appropriate, Star Trek, Paw Patrol or other films/TV roles she is a part of.
