Open Signal Board Meeting Community Comment Submission

Open Signal's board meets every other month over Zoom. While our meetings are open to all, we know not everyone can make it - and we really want to hear what's on your mind! We are trying something new and asking our community members to submit your comments in writing so that we can ensure the right members of our team are able to review ahead of time. This will allow us to respond to the best of our abilities during the public comment portion of our meetings, keep track of comments more easily, and have a record to follow up if there's anything we can't get to during our sessions. There will still be opportunity to provide public comment on any items that may come up during the meeting.


Please use this form to share your thoughts, concerns, shout-outs, and suggestions. We ask that you keep your comments concise if you'd like them to be read aloud. Please note if you'd like your comments read aloud. Of course, if you are able to attend the meeting you will have the option to read your own comments or have someone from the Open Signal team read them out.  All comments submitted will be recorded in the meeting minutes along with the resulting conversation and any relevant staff or board responses.
