On-Demand Group Training Request

Looking for a customized learning experience for your group? We offer on-demand trainings that can be catered to meet your needs, and scheduled on your own time.

Please note, a minimum of 3 participants is required for an on-demand training; exceptions may be made at the discretion of Open Signal for individual trainings if students are unable to learn in a group setting. We ask that training requests be made a minimum of 3-weeks prior to desired start dates. 


Fees, Rescheduling and Refund Requests


Scheduling Fee

A non-refundable scheduling fee of $50 and the full cost of the training will be billed upon written acceptance of the cost indicated on the training quote. 


Rescheduling Requests

An additional $50 is required for rescheduling requests made on the start date of the training.


Refund Requests

- Full refunds will be offered to requests made 6 or more business days prior to the training start date.

- An 85% refund will be offered to requests made 5 business days prior to the training start date.

- A 70% refund will be offered to requests made 2-4 business days prior to the training start date.

- A 50% refund will be offered to requests made 1 business day prior to the training start date.

- Refunds are unavailable for requests made on the start date of a training or midway through a multi-session training.

- Scheduling fees are non-refundable.

Community groups are non-organization affiliated such as clubs, meet-up groups, etc.
Please note a minimum of 3 participants is required to schedule a group training.
Personalized trainings are available during public hours as well as our business hours, subject to instructor availability: Mon - Fri, 9am to 9pm and Sat – Sun, 1pm to 7pm.
We ask that groups submit training requests a minimum of 3-weeks prior to desired start dates.
Software and gear is offered for free to all students at the completion of the training, as long as they share what they make on our cable channels.
Trainings may be scheduled on-site at Open Signal or off-site for organizations.
Some examples of accommodations we are able to provide are additional instructors, one-on-one support for individuals with diverse abilities unable to learn in group settings, hearing assistance, wheel chair accessibility and translated documents. We do our best to accommodate individual needs for equitable access to our facilities, however some accommodation needs may not be within our means to meet at this time.
