HD Camera Basics: JVC 600

Interested in creating your own videos but don't have any experience? Start here! Learn to capture high-quality video in this beginner's class. You'll get familiar with our JVC 600 cameras and learn about exposure, framing and other techniques that will get you started on your own productions.

Newcomer: Perfect for students who want an introduction to media, these classes are intended for those who have never worked with the equipment and/or software before. Fundamentals will be taught from the very beginning with plenty of time to address questions.

Certification: This workshop will certify you to borrow Open Signal’s iPad Filmmaking Kits—each of which includes an iPad that comes equipped with lenses, a light, microphones and a tripod, as well as filmmaking, editing and animation apps. It also lets you submit videos to our TV channels!
